I help people build strength, confidence, and habits that last. My coaching is personal, flexible, and centered around your goals. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Movement has always been part of my life, from competitive sports to dance. I started weightlifting in 2015 to support my mental health, and it’s been a grounding force ever since. I’ve been working as a personal trainer for the past 2.5 years.
